Running monthly, the IndieWeb Movie Club is an invitation to watch a movie chosen by a selection of rotating hosts and, optionally, write your thoughts about the movie on your personal website. Mark started the blogging challenge with The Matrix, then Benji hosted September’s event with When Harry Met Sally.
I am excited to be hosting this month’s event. My choice of movie that you can watch and write about for the event is The Wizard of Oz. The IMDB synopsis for the movie is:
Young Dorothy Gale and her dog Toto are swept away by a tornado from their Kansas farm to the magical Land of Oz and embark on a quest with three new friends to see the Wizard, who can return her to her home and fulfill the others’ wishes.
I have not yet seen The Wizard of Oz, so I am excited to use this as an opportunity to watch it and write a few thoughts. I invite you to participate and share your thoughts on your website. If you write a blog post about the movie, let me know and I will add you to the list of entries below.
